  Apparently that image of Russia as an aggressor within Europe has gotten to some. The so-called Arctic challenge exercises have been dubbed one of Europe’s largest fighter jet exercises. Up 4000 personnel from nine states – including the UK, the US, France and Germany are participating. This is the latest in a string of NATO led drills across Europe in recent months.
