- LaRouche Again Warns of British Empire Thermonuclear Brinksmanship Against Russia!
“They really shouldn’t force it,” Lyndon LaRouche warned today, speaking of those in London and Washington who are campaigning to use their ongoing Nazi coup in Ukraine to press on against Russia. The British Empire wants to use Ukraine to unleash a thermonuclear war, LaRouche elaborated, and Russian President Putin is not stupid. He knows their game, and that they are trying to set traps for Russia.
Daily Telegraph assistant editor Jeremy Warner, for example, wrote yesterday that Russia could be next on the chopping block. “First Ukraine, next Russia; Ukraine is only a mirror image of Russia’s own, corrupt form of semi-totalitarian, gangster capitalism.” Musing that “we don’t know how Mr. Putin is going to react,” Warner taunted: “If Russia’s sphere of influence is not defended in Ukraine, it can only be a matter of time before the wolves will be at Mr. Putin’s own door… Ukraine must choose, and if it chooses ‘wrongly’ there will be consequences. Military intervention, or separation of Ukraine, cannot be ruled out.”
However, cooler heads on both sides of the Atlantic are not so sanguine. Three weeks ago, the London-connected Henry Kissinger told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria that it would not be a good idea to push Russia to the brink. Asked if Putin viewed Ukrainian developments as “a way of surrounding Russia,” Kissinger responded: “I think he thinks that this is a dress rehearsal for what we would like to do in Moscow… A regime change issue… It’s not in our interests to drive them into a beleaguered attitude where they feel they have to prove what they can do.”
Similarly, today’s Financial Times, in an article headlined “Triumphalism on hold,” reports that European Union officials are busy calling their Russian counterparts to assure them that their interests in Ukraine will be respected.
